Job summary

Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for our R&D and G&A functions. You will partner with leadership to translate scientific and business needs into compelling recruitment strategies and outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in talent acquisition, with deep biotech/pharma experience, and a track record of building candidate pipelines, closing senior roles, and collaborating across multiple functions and locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or search experience, with substantial R&D hiring in biotechnology/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Olema’s R&D and G&A functions, including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Research, Quality, CMC, and Technical Operations.
• Build and replenish pipelines for specialized R&D roles and anticipated needs.
• Identify, engage, and close highly qualified passive candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Maintain momentum and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions with hiring managers.
• Represent Olema at conferences and talent engagement events to strengthen the employer brand.
