Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in biopharmaceutical industry recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for Neurocrine Biosciences' diverse pipeline and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, partner with hiring managers to define skill needs, build talent pipelines, conduct candidate assessments, facilitate interviews, and support offer negotiations. Manage recruiting tools, maintain candidate relationships, and promote diversity initiatives.

Requirements: BS/BA in Business, HR, or related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in pharma/biotech recruitment; proficiency with ATS and social media sourcing; strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
