Opiniion is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Lehi, Utah, seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to define role needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will leverage AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and processes while building Opiniion's presence as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with ownership of strategy.
• Direct experience recruiting software engineering roles with technical fluency.
• Proficient sourcing on LinkedIn and similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define needs.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Develop inbound talent marketing and employer branding.
• Track funnel metrics to drive improvements.
