Qualifications

• Experience in a prospecting or quota-based role such as Sales Development or Recruiting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build authentic, professional relationships
• Organized and results-driven, capable of working in ambiguity
• Experience using a CRM or applicant tracking system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: research candidate markets and build engaging outreach for Vector’s open positions
• Qualifying: develop qualified pipelines of talent for a variety of positions
• Candidate Management: monitor and cultivate your candidate pipeline and sourcing outreach
• Candidate Experience: ensure a great impression and positive experience for all candidates
