Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team in Lehi, Utah. This full-time contract role, covering maternity leave, offers a unique opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and drive talent acquisition across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting in high-growth environments and excellent interpersonal skills. You'll lead the end-to-end recruiting process, build lasting relationships with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience while supporting Pattern's commitment to a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, tools, and sourcing strategies.
• Skilled in conducting interviews using various techniques (behavioral, technical, structured, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple teams at Pattern.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to each role.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
