Job summary

Viamericas is a fast-growing cross-border payments and financial services company seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to guide our recruiting strategy and build a strong pipeline of candidates across the U.S. and international markets.

You will partner with leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and drive end-to-end hiring with a data-driven approach. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong experience with ATS/HRIS (Lever ATS preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred (will accept HR certification in lieu of degree).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and define candidate profiles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for US and international markets.
• Own Lever ATS administration, documentation, and timely responses.
