Job summary

Global Impact, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter to lead outreach and talent sourcing, screen and interview candidates, and drive improvements across our recruitment processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, advise on compensation, and support international hires. This full-time role offers remote options with periodic travel to our Washington, DC headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available. Generous time off and healthcare benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Possible international recruitment experience (preferred).
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, MS Office, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Talent Sourcing: Seek active and passive candidates, build relationships on LinkedIn and job boards, attend networking events to maintain a qualified pool.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and assess candidates with hiring managers to meet criteria.
• Management: Enhance recruitment processes and implement new trends and practices.
• Strategic Advisement: Advise hiring managers on market intelligence, compensation discussions, and qualification criteria.
