Job summary

Global Impact is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruitment to lead talent sourcing and drive hiring efficiency within our growing Human Resources team, including coordination with managers and candidates worldwide.

The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, candidate assessment, and strategic advisory on compensation. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with travel to our Washington, DC headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of related recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment; international recruitment a plus.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, MS Office, and Asana.

Responsibilities

Senior Manager, Recruitment, Human Resources - Global Impact

You’re excited to be part of the growth at Global Impact which supports high-impact social change programs around the world through effective philanthropy. Our staff has multiplied and you will join the Human Resource team to support the continued growth and development of the organization and its team members.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Talent Sourcing: seeking active and passive candidates,building relationships through LinkedIn, job boards and attending professional networking events to maintain an active database of qualified professionals for future openings
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and evaluate candidates in partnership with hiring managers to match criteria
• Management: enhance the current recruitment process and suggest and implement new recruitment trends and processes
• Strategic Advisement: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, guiding compensation discussions, and refining qualification criteria.

Qualifying for this role means you have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 5-7 years of related experience. You have worked in a high-volume recruitment setting and possibly have international recruitment experience. You are comfortable with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana.

Working at Global Impact

This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, DC for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DC headquarters office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $88,000. - $94,000. depending on the experience you have.
