Job summary

Global Impact is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruitment to lead talent sourcing and drive hiring efficiency within our growing Human Resources team, including coordination with managers and candidates worldwide.

The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, candidate assessment, and strategic advisory on compensation. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with travel to our Washington, DC headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of related recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment; international recruitment a plus.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, MS Office, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Talent Sourcing: build relationships through LinkedIn, job boards and events to maintain a candidate database.
• Screening and Interviewing: review resumes and evaluate candidates with hiring managers.
• Management: enhance current recruitment processes and implement new trends.
• Strategic Advisement: advise hiring managers on market intel, compensation discussions, and qualification criteria.
