Job summary

Global Impact, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter to lead outreach and talent sourcing, screen and interview candidates, and drive improvements across our recruitment processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, advise on compensation, and support international hires. This full-time role offers remote options with periodic travel to our Washington, DC headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available. Generous time off and healthcare benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Possible international recruitment experience (preferred).
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, MS Office, and Asana.

Our staff has multiplied, and you will join the Human Resource team to support the continued growth and development of the organization and its team members.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Talent Sourcing: Seeking active and passive candidates, building relationships through LinkedIn and job boards, and attending professional networking events to maintain an active database of qualified professionals for future openings
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and evaluate candidates in partnership with hiring managers to match criteria
• Management: Enhance the current recruitment process and suggest and implement new recruitment trends and processes
• Strategic Advisement: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, guiding compensation discussions, and refining qualification criteria

Qualifications

Qualifying for this role meansyou have abachelor’sdegreein human resourcesor a related field and5-7 years ofrelated experience. You have worked in a high-volume recruitment setting and possibly have international recruitment experience. You are comfortable with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, Microsoft Office , and project management software such as Asana.

This is a full-timeposition and maybe fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, D.C., for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, D.C., office.Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $88,000 – $94,000, depending on the experience you have.
