Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruitment across non-physician roles. You will manage requisitions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with compensation to set pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for all positions other than physicians.
• Manage and distribute requisitions as needed.
• Screen and prescreen resumes and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Address applicants' questions about job opportunities and benefits.
• Conduct screening or second interviews as required.
• Consult with compensation to identify correct pay ranges.
• Make offers to identified candidates.
• Attend job fairs and prepare recruitment materials.
• Ensure candidates are kept informed of status.
• Review and correct job descriptions before posting.
• Support departments with recruitment programs and procedures.
