Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment.
• Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer and pre-employment.
• Bilingual capability relevant to Midway serves communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical support, administrative, operational, and professional positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume roles.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build pipelines for medical assistants and administrative staff.
• Partner with hiring leaders to anticipate staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate an efficient interview process.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
