Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches with limited supervision.
• Healthcare recruitment across provider, clinical, leadership, and administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for providers, leaders, clinical and admin roles.
• Develop strategies based on position requirements and market conditions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and communications.
• Advise hiring leaders on requirements and market conditions.
• Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Evaluate recruiting technologies and use AI tools with human review.
• Maintain recruitment records and metrics like time to fill.
