Qualifications

• 1 year experience with recruitment functions; interviewing and sourcing.
• 3 years in a human resources or recruiting role preferred.
• HR or recruiting certifications preferred; ATS experience required.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate, communicate, and present information to managers.

Responsibilities

• Open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards.
• Provide sourcing and networking strategies to hiring managers.
• Prescreen resumes and forward qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
• Schedule candidate interviews with internal teams.
• Present equitable offers with compensation partners and managers.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent FCS at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist in recruitment programs and ensure confidentiality.
