Job summary

Cancer Center of South Florida is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding. You will serve as a consultative partner to hiring leaders, build proactive talent pipelines, and contribute to the organization’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of five years full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years independent multi-search management.
• Healthcare recruitment across provider, clinical, leadership, and admin roles.
• Experience establishing recruitment priorities, advising leaders, building pipelines, managing intake through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, leaders, clinical staff, and admin roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on position and market needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Source qualified candidates via networks, platforms, referrals, and external partners.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Advise hiring leaders on requirements, market conditions, and strategy.
• Coordinate communications, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with credentialing, People & Culture, and onboarding teams.
• Evaluate recruiting technologies and AI tools with human review.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor metrics like time-to-fill.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with CCSF policies.
