Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a Director, Advanced Practice Provider Services to lead APP strategy, recruitment, and operational execution across the network. The role emphasizes improving patient care, financial performance, and program development within oncology settings.

You will mentor leaders, set performance objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and executives to drive evidence-based care and professional development for APPs

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in a healthcare field and APP licensure required.
• Florida NP or PA licensure and current BLS/CPR.
• 10–12 years healthcare experience; at least 2 years in managerial roles; oncology APP preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development of the APP program and recruitment strategy.
