Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across multiple levels.
• Experience building campus programs, employer branding, and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the Talent Acquisition team and align with hiring strategies.
• Establish organization-wide recruiting standards and processes.
• Support hiring for Plant Managers, Site Managers, and above.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness and improve candidate quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain qualified pipelines for forecasted workforce needs.
• Develop employer branding resources for job boards and events.
• Establish partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and programs.
• Manage the annual internship program and related events.
• Create staffing plans with leaders translating forecasts into hiring priorities.
• Monitor turnover to adjust staffing plans with operations leaders.
• Embed job board and social media practices to enhance branding.
• Develop market research and ramp-up plans for new-site openings.
