Job summary

Zekelman Industries in downtown Chicago is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and professional roles across the U.S. and Canada, with ~10% travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage postings, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with recruiting policies while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes and building strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting both hourly operations talent and professional-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and professional positions across multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment support.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview processes, including multiple rounds with management and executives.
• Ensure processes comply with talent acquisition policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and manage job postings and recruitment advertising.
