This senior role emphasizes metrics, training, employer branding, and vendor management, with responsibility for strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions, career levels, and role types.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience.
• Experience building partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors.
• Demonstrated use of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness).
• Experience supporting or managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of open requisitions across multiple business areas, including complex, specialized, and senior-level roles.
• Owns Talent Acquisition reporting, metrics, and feedback programs, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Maintains recruiting playbooks, SOPs, training materials, templates, and process documentation for efficiency and compliance.
• Acts as a senior subject matter expert, coaching recruiters and onboarding new team members to reinforce best practices.
• Builds partnerships with stakeholders across HR, compensation, legal, and external vendors to improve service delivery.
