• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Experience partnering with HR and leadership to drive initiatives.
• Strong HR compliance and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, professional, and manufacturing roles.
• Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to align workforce plans and hiring outcomes.
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
• Deliver data-driven insights on market trends, hiring metrics, and planning.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting employer brand.
• Collaborate on onboarding, retention, and DEI initiatives.
• Maintain candidate data across systems (Eightfold, Oracle, ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Serve as SME on recruiting compliance and process efficiency.
