You will supervise recruitment processes, provide guidance on staff policies, and work with hiring managers to optimize descriptions, interviews, and post-offer steps. This role supports UT procedures and ensures compliance across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, public administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a human resources function.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees talent acquisition operations and processes for UHD, guiding hiring managers and HR staff.
• Supervises the benefits-eligible talent acquisition team and coordinates daily workload.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and UT guidelines in recruitment and compensation.
