United Way for Greater Austin is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations from our Austin, TX office. You will build talent pipelines, coordinate internships, and work closely with universities and community partners to strengthen our workforce.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits support, and compliance. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field plus 2–5 years’ HR experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience with emphasis on recruiting and employee lifecycle.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration preferred.
• Experience collaborating with colleges, universities, internships, or community partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Build talent pipelines through university and community partnerships.
• Coordinate internship programs and track internship outcomes.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll inquiries, and HR operations.
