Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking an experienced Recruiter to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and hiring talent for frontline roles and up to operational leadership. The role will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through onboarding, while advising Hiring Managers and maintaining strong talent pipelines.

The position is on-site, requires collaboration with HR Partners, and involves representing the company at job fairs and events to attract top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pools.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices.
• Excellent communication with Hiring Managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract frontline and leadership candidates.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and onboard new hires.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fills.
• Represent Universal Orlando at job fairs and community events.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve processes for efficiency.
