Universal Kids Resort in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Recruiter (onsite) to develop recruitment strategies for frontline roles and manage full-cycle recruiting in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR. You will source passive candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and ensure compliance with Work Authorization and I-9 processes, while promoting a positive candidate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruitment strategies for frontline roles and manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Source, screen, interview (in-person, phone, and virtual) and assess candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to define staffing needs and candidates.
• Extend offers, negotiate salary, and coordinate onboarding.
• Ensure Work Authorization, I-9, background checks, and compliance tasks.
• Promote employer branding and represent the company at job fairs and events.
