Job summary

Calvin Klein in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruiting for creative and product teams. This onsite role partners with hiring leaders and HR to shape strategies, build talent pipelines, and guide decisions from outreach through offer.

You will source passive candidates, assess portfolios, and leverage Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Phenom to improve recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fashion or apparel.
Proven ability to source and engage creative, design, merchandising, or product talent.
Ability to lead complex searches and advise hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR Leaders to shape recruiting strategies and pipelines.
Own full-cycle searches across Design, Merchandising, Product Development and related functions.
Source passive talent through outreach, referrals, and industry networks.
Evaluate candidates and guide interview and offer strategy with HR and Compensation.
Represent Calvin Klein with credibility and deliver a strong candidate experience.
