Rent the Runway in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to oversee all aspects of recruiting for our U.S. and Galway workforce, mentoring a team and shaping the overall recruitment strategy across corporate, tech, operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, tech, operations, and customer experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle recruiting for all aspects of the company's global employee base.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Develop a recruitment strategy for each function and build a proactive pipeline.
• Create an always-on recruiting strategy to ensure a continuous talent pool.
• Ensure top-notch candidate and business partner experience with streamlined interviewing and feedback.
• Use data to track progress and adjust recruiting strategy.
• Own leadership hires and critical roles as needed.
• Partner with Finance, HR and leaders on workforce planning and budgets.
• Immerse yourself in RTR culture to understand candidate profiles for success.
• Maintain partnerships with leaders to meet department needs and projects.
• Stay aware of market trends, industry news and competitive data.
