Job summary

Kapella Group is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition & HR Manager in Centennial, Colorado to drive proactive recruiting and strengthen core HR practices. The role combines hands-on talent sourcing, candidate closing, and partnership with executive leadership to support scalable recruiting and HR systems as the organization grows.

Lead recruiting for leadership and operational roles, build strong pipelines, and collaborate with CEO and department leaders to ensure timely hires and compliant HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition and recruiting experience.
• Proactively source and recruit passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting professional, management, sales, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing, networking, interviewing, and candidate closing skills.
• Experience using an ATS and managing pipelines and KPIs.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to source candidates independently.
• Ability to recruit experienced professionals not actively seeking roles.
• Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-driven.
• Comfort working directly with the CEO and department leaders.
• Ability to adapt recruiting strategy quickly.
• Interest in building systems while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts for leadership and operational roles across business units.
• Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build reliable pipelines ahead of urgent hiring needs.
• Screen and qualify candidates before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS pipelines and candidate records.
• Track recruiting KPIs, pipeline activity, and outcomes with regular reporting.
• Partner directly with executive leadership and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Continuously evaluate compensation, job positioning, sourcing channels, and recruiting strategy.
• Support employee onboarding and integration; HR compliance and documentation.
