Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories in Colorado is seeking an HR Generalist/TA Specialist to serve as the onsite HR partner, handling day-to-day HR support and full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations.

You’ll partner with the Henderson, NV team to align HR practices, manage employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance with federal and state requirements, building local talent pipelines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/operational environment preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, payroll and benefits coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR contact for Colorado facility.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, and policy implementation.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and skilled roles.
• Partner with Henderson HR team to align practices.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
