The Learning Experience, World Headquarters is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own corporate and leadership recruiting from intake through accepted offer. You will source, screen, screen, and drive interviews end-to-end without outsourcing administrative work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven success independently sourcing and closing leadership roles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and direct-sourcing capability.
• Experience partnering with Director, VP and executive-level hiring leaders.
• Ability to conduct market research and translate talent-market information into hiring recommendations.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Excellent candidate and stakeholder communication.
• Comfort owning recruiting administration and ATS discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple searches without sacrificing candidate quality or follow-through.
• Experience with CareerPlug or another ATS is helpful; the ability to quickly master technology is more important

Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting from intake to accepted offer.
• Partner with senior leaders to define requirements and build search strategy.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Maintain CareerPlug (ATS) processes and keep them accurate and current.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate dispositions, prepare materials and close the loop.
• Guide hiring managers through interviewing and selection, ensuring clear decisions.
