Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ year on Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Proven success in leading customer-facing training and engagements.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx).

Responsibilities
