Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to lead high-impact training on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server Administration. You will run 1:Many sessions, both virtual and in-person, and translate complex tech into practical guidance to accelerate product adoption.

Stay current on Tableau and Salesforce tech, partner with Cloud Success teams, and travel to major events. Maintain 30–35 teaching days per quarter and mentor peers in the Instructor Community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year on the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and lead customer-facing training.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx).
• Understanding of adoption, release management, governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level 1:Many customer adoption training sessions (beginner to advanced) across modalities.
• Facilitate hands-on demos and exercises, teaching best practices.
• Explain complex features simply and provide real-time answers and resources.
• Maintain high-quality classes and interactive workshops.
• Drive adoption and customer satisfaction through effective training.
• Stay current on Salesforce technology and provide adoption guidance.
• Collaborate with Cloud Success teams and support events and travel as needed.
• Maintain 30–35 teach days per quarter and mentor others in the Instructor Community.
