Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Instructor for Tableau to lead expert-level training sessions on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server Administration. You will design and deliver 1:Many customer trainings, with hands-on demos, and stay current with platform changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or Agentforce products.
Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies and deliver customer-facing training.
Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx).
Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management and governance.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level, 1:Many customer adoption training sessions (beginner to advanced) in multiple formats (virtual, in-person, events).
Provide hands-on demos and exercises, illustrating features and best practices and the rationale behind them.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations and provide extra resources as needed.
Maintain excellence by delivering well-managed, high-quality classes and workshops.
Drive adoption and customer satisfaction by empowering customers to use Salesforce products effectively.
