Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to deliver high-impact training on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server Administration. You will lead 1:Many customer adoption sessions, virtual or in-person, and craft hands-on exercises that demonstrate best practices and product value.

You will stay current with Salesforce technology, address customer questions in real time, and help accelerate adoption and satisfaction across the Cloud Success team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical trainings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to design engaging hands-on exercises and demonstrations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Expert-Level Training: Conduct technical, high-standard 1:Many customer adoption training sessions (beginner, intermediate, advanced) across modalities.
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Provide engaging hands-on demos and exercises, demonstrating features and best practices.
• Ensure Customer Understanding: Simplify complex technical features into easy-to-follow explanations and provide real-time answers and resources.
• Maintain Excellence: Deliver well-managed classes and virtual workshops with a standard of excellence.
• Drive Adoption & Satisfaction: Equip customers with knowledge to drive adoption and satisfaction with Salesforce products.
• Product & Platform Expertise: Stay current on Salesforce technology and integration methodologies.
