Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to deliver expert-level Tableau training (Desktop, Prep, Server) through 1:Many customer engagements and workshops. You will empower users to adopt Salesforce's robust platform and guide them via interactive sessions in virtual, in-person, and event settings.

As part of the Cloud Success team, you will stay current on Tableau features, provide hands-on demos, and mentor peers while traveling to key events when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year on Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies.
• Proven success in leading customer-facing training, presentations, and engagements.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
• Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Expert-Level Training: conduct technical, high-standard 1:Many customer adoption training sessions across modalities.
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: provide engaging hands-on demos and exercises, showing features and best practices.
• Ensure Customer Understanding: explain complex features clearly and provide real-time answers and resources.
• Maintain Excellence: deliver well-managed, high-quality classes and virtual workshops.
• Drive Adoption & Satisfaction: enable customers to adopt Salesforce products, aiming for high satisfaction.
• Product & Platform Expertise: stay current on Salesforce tech and integration methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Content Development, Onboarding, Architects, and Support.
• Support Key Events: travel to major events and onsite workshops.
• Manage Utilization: maintain teach days per quarter and contribute to updates and training material.
