Job summary

Salesforce in New York, NY seeks a Senior Instructor - Tableau to deliver high-impact 1:Many customer trainings on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server Administration. You will lead deep-dive workshops, translate complex features into practical guidance, and help customers adopt Salesforce products.

As part of Cloud Success, you’ll travel to events and work with content teams to refresh courses, mentor junior instructors, and maintain engagement scores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year on the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies rapidly.
• Proven success in leading customer-facing training and engagements.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx).
• Understanding of change management, user adoption, release governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level 1:Many customer adoption trainings (beginner to advanced) across virtual, in-person, and events.
• Provide engaging hands-on demos and exercises, showing features and best practices.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
• Maintain high-quality classes and workshops with strong facilitation.
• Drive adoption and customer satisfaction while showcasing Salesforce products.
• Stay current on Salesforce technology and integration methodologies.
• Collaborate with Content Development, Onboarding, Success Guides, Architects, and Support teams.
• Support key events travel to major conferences and onsite workshops.
• Maintain 30-35 teach days per quarter and contribute to course updates and content maintenance.
• Mentor and ramp other instructors in the community.
