Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to deliver high-impact 1:Many training sessions on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server administration. You will lead engaging workshops, simplify complex concepts, and guide customers to adopt Salesforce products efficiently.

As part of the Cloud Success ONE TEAM, you will stay current on Salesforce technology, collaborate with Content Development and Architects, and travel for major events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years professional experience, with at least 1 year on the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies.
• Proven success in leading customer-facing training, presentations, and engagements.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
• Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level 1:Many customer adoption training sessions across modalities (virtual, in-person, events).
• Facilitate hands-on learning with demos and exercises, showing features and best practices.
• Ensure customer understanding with simplified explanations and real-time resources.
• Maintain excellence in classes and workshops, upholding high standards.
• Drive adoption and satisfaction, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on Salesforce tech, best practices, and integration methods.
• Collaborate with Cloud Success teams and support events and workshops.
• Travel to major events and onsite customer workshops as required.
• Maintain 30-35 teach days per quarter and contribute to content updates and ramping others in the Instructor Community.
