Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to lead high-impact 1:Many training sessions on Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server administration. You will deliver live and virtual workshops, demonstrate best practices, and mentor learners across skill levels.

You will stay current with Salesforce Cloud Success content, collaborate with Content Development and Success teams, and travel to events as needed to drive adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year on the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce products.
• Tableau Data Analyst certification required.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing training and engagements.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx).

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level 1:Many customer adoption training sessions (virtual, in-person, events).
• Facilitate hands-on demos and exercises, demonstrating features and best practices.
• Ensure customer understanding with clear explanations and resources.
• Maintain excellence in delivering structured classes and workshops.
• Drive adoption and satisfaction with Salesforce products and services.
• Stay current on Salesforce technology and integration methods.
• Collaborate with Content Development, Onboarding, Success Guides, Architects, and Support teams.
• Travel to major events and onsite workshops as required.
• Maintain 30-35 teach days per quarter and mentor others in the Instructor Community.
