Salesforce in Seattle is seeking a Senior Instructor - Tableau to deliver high-impact 1:Many customer adoption trainings across Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server Administration, via virtual, in-person, and events.

As a key member of the Cloud Success team, you will guide customers through hands-on demos, simplify complex features, and share best practices to accelerate adoption and customer success with Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Expert-Level Training: Conduct technical, high-standard 1:Many customer adoption training sessions across various modalities (virtual, in-person, events).
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Provide engaging hands-on demos and exercises, demonstrating features and functionality effectively, and most importantly the ‘why’ behind best practices.
• Ensure Customer Understanding: Simplify complex technical features into easy-to-follow explanations and provide real-time answers and additional resources.
• Maintain Excellence: Consistently deliver effective, well-managed, and well-facilitated classes and virtual interactive workshops, upholding a standard of excellence.
• Drive Adoption & Satisfaction: Equip customers with the knowledge to drive adoption, reduce attrition, and foster long-term success with Salesforce products, achieving outstanding customer satisfaction scores (4.7+ out of 5).
