Job summary

Konami Gaming is seeking a Systems Training Specialist II in Las Vegas to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training for customers and employees, focusing on SYNKROS functionality and casino operations. The role includes leading projects, updating training materials, and coordinating with Project Management and Systems Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Training certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years training and casino operations experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Casino Operations in Cage, Slots, Table Games, Marketing, or Player’s Club.
• Technical aptitude for casino systems and peripherals preferred.
• Ability to develop and critique training documentation and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the business.
• Must obtain and maintain Gaming licensure(s).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training for customers and employees.
• Train on new features, enhancements, upgrades, and Konami products.
• Lead training projects and coordinate activities.
• Support customer adoption through release-readiness and delta training.
• Maintain knowledge of SYNKROS functionality and casino operations.
• Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and job aids.
• Coordinate training with internal teams and manage logistics and scheduling.
