Job summary

CK Construction Group is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles. You will develop proactive talent pipelines, use multi-channel sourcing, and partner with senior leaders to align hiring with strategic growth and workforce objectives.

You will influence decisions, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers while maintaining equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
7+ years recruiting experience targeting senior leadership.
Experience supporting senior leadership and diverse hiring.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
