You will source, screen, interview and onboard candidates, collaborating with leadership to meet hiring objectives and business goals. The role emphasizes candidate experience, confidentiality, and timely hiring across engineering, manufacturing, construction, and precast operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• BS Degree required or related experience.
• Talent Acquisition experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction/Precast preferred.
• Experience using ATS systems preferred.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and filling open positions with qualified talent.
• Conducting phone screens and skills assessments.
• Hosting on-site interviews, job fairs and information sessions.
• Reporting daily recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
• Administering background and drug screening paperwork.
• Conducting new hire orientation.
• Aligning recruiting activities with business goals.
