Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20+ active requisitions, mainly Clinical Specialist roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer management.
• Conduct structured phone screens evaluating clinical/healthcare background.
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
