Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior TA Partner to own complex, specialized searches in Cybersecurity, GRC, and Salesforce practice areas.

You will partner directly with client hiring managers, running full-cycle searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and shaping how our team uses AI across sourcing, screening and evaluation. The role requires 6+ years in technical recruiting, a proven track record in Salesforce or Cybersecurity recruiting, and fluency with AI recruiting

• Fluency with AI recruiting tools and platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, from intake through offer and handoff.
• Lead intake calls that translate client needs into precise search criteria.
• Use Claude and similar tools to accelerate JD creation, candidate summaries, and interview prep.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years in technical recruiting with meaningful agency, staffing or RPO experience.
• Proven track record in Salesforce or Cybersecurity recruiting.
• Real fluency with AI recruiting tools such as Metaview, Noon or Claude.
• Professional/advanced English and strong knowledge of LATAM tech talent markets.
