Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build and lead the recruiting strategy for our aerospace and engineering teams. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, design targeted campaigns, and attract top talent for satellites, spacecraft, and related systems.

You will manage full life cycle recruiting across electrical, mechanical, software, and RF disciplines, leveraging diverse sourcing channels and a data-driven approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting in aerospace, space, or defense.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, software engineering.
• Strong networking and passive candidate engagement.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source and engage top-tier technical candidates.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude of candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including offers.
• Use varied sourcing techniques: job boards, social media, conferences, networking.
• Support additional functions in a high-growth startup.
