Job summary
CesiumAstro is redefining aerospace connectivity and is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to build talent pipelines across aerospace and defense sectors. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and attract top engineering talent, leveraging data-driven sourcing strategies and market intelligence.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally in aerospace/engineering.
- Familiarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations.
- Experience sourcing for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical roles across aerospace domains.
- Build and own high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Create talent maps across competitors and emerging talent pools.
- Drive consistent delivery of highly qualified candidates for assigned roles.
- Advise recruiters on sourcing strategies and market conditions.
- Track and report on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and channel performance.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Proactively engage passive candidates through outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical expertise and fit.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
