Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking a Senior Expense Reimbursement Coordinator to manage the firm’s travel and expense reimbursements. You will ensure timely processing, enforce T&E policies, and resolve reimbursement issues for partners, lawyers, and staff.

The role involves auditing Chrome River submissions, supporting audits, and coordinating with finance to improve processes and controls. Regular presence in the office is required, with a compensation range of $65,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounts payable, expense reimbursement, or T&E administration, preferably in a law or professional services firm.
• Strong ability to interpret policies and exercise sound judgment on reimbursements.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer travel and expense reimbursements accurately and timely per firm policies.
• Audit expense reports in Chrome River for compliance and proper approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation, supporting records, and coding.
• Provide responsive service to attorneys and staff on T&E issues and policy questions.
• Support audits and testing of Chrome River, Aderant, and other systems.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
