Anthropic is seeking a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense to run day-to-day financial controls, audit programs, and executive reporting for the T&E function. You will collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, and Finance Systems.

Responsibilities include SOX/compliance, international expansion controls, audit program design, and operational T&E management. The role offices in San Francisco with a location-based hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance ops.
• Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience with external auditors.
• Strong accounting fundamentals including GL coding and month-end close.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and per diem/VAT rules.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day T&E operations, controls, and policy exceptions.
• Maintain process narratives, risk matrices, and perform month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare T&E controls and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Set up entity-level coding and country-specific rules for international expansion.
• Design, build, and run a risk-based T&E audit program and dashboards.
