Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Operations Lead to manage and optimize the company’s T&E and corporate card programs. This onsite role focuses on efficiency, policy compliance, and reliable reporting.

You will oversee daily operations, lead process improvements, and serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5+ years in T&E, and strong Concur T&E and Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in Travel & Expense or related functions.
• Strong experience with Concur T&E.
• Experience supporting corporate card programs.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated independence and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily T&E operations and policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements and operational reporting.
• Manage vendor relations and serve as primary contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support policy administration and Sunshine Act/Stark Law reporting (preferred).
• Produce operational reports to guide decision-making.
