Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Global Travel & Expense Senior Specialist in Racine, Wisconsin, with hybrid work. You will lead the end-to-end T&E governance, managing a substantial budget and partnering with HR, Purchasing, Finance, CSR, IT, and other departments to optimize processes.

The role requires 3+ years in T&E, deep knowledge of T&E tools, and a drive to implement improvements using AI and automation across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Travel & Expense (T&E), travel management, finance operations, shared services, HR operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or administering Travel & Expense programs, processes, or operations

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer a Global Travel & Expense Policy across cultures and regions.
• Provide administrative duties for Travel & Expense systems, including maintenance and updates.
• Organize global transformation programs to evolve the T&E ecosystem and integrate new companies.
• Manage travel vendor relationships, agencies, and payment systems.
• Ensure end-to-end process from traveler planning to reimbursement and cost posting.
• Monitor compliance and real-time cost allocation in collaboration with related departments.
