Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Supervisor to manage day-to-day T&E operations in the Shared Services Center. You will administer Concur, enforce corporate card policies, and deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

You will partner with T&E leadership to standardize processes, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires SME-level expertise, escalations handling, and implementation of program enhancements with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Travel & Expense, Corporate Card, or AP Shared Services experience.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Concur administration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Travel & Expense operations to ensure prompt, accurate processing and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with T&E controls and corporate card policies.
• Lead training initiatives and policy improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor trends, audits, and implement process improvements.
• Support system and process implementations affecting the T&E program.
• Prepare reports for management and assist external audits.
